FINAL PROJECT DUE AT 5/19 CRITIQUE

AASem Final Project

Due Thursday, 5/19

1. Locate an exhibition space in which you will display your artwork in a group show.
Examples of interesting exhibition spaces could include:
-Mary Boone Gallery, NYC
-Atlanta Botanical Gardens
-Tate Gallery, London
-Topanga Canyon, California

2. Next, you should hand-pick 4 other established artists (they may be living or dead) with whom you will share this group show.
**You should research these artists and pick them based upon specific links to your own work. Choose at least 3 of their works to display in your show.
Examples include:
-links in style (pop art, minimalist, figuration, etc.)
-links in process and materials (performance elements to your work?)
-links between your personal history and the other artists’ personal history

3. Finally, you will build a model of your chosen venue and curate your exhibition within the space, hanging printed images or placing sculptures thoughtfully in the model you’ve created.

**During our final critique, you should be prepared to discuss why you chose the artwork that you chose and how it all relates within the exhibition and to your own artwork.

Need Help!

So this one is the original.. but we all agreed that the perspective was strange and if you didn't
know what you were looking at it would be disorienting.. So I am trying to decide how i could crop it or edit it

Do either of these work better? I cant decide..

Or i have another picture.. I prefer this one ^ but the angle on this other one is less disorienting...

Basically, I need opinions!!
